About Troop 133
Troop 133 was chartered in 1967 by St. John's Episcopal Church. We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings, have a monthly outing and attend a one week summer camp in Wisconsin. In additon to weekly meetings, there are 4 Court of Honor meetings each year with a family BBQ at the June Court of Honor.
Scoutmaster: Paul Whitlock
Attending summer camp is highly encouraged as a great way for our troop to bond. We rotate summer camp between Camp Makajawan and Tomahawk Scout Reservation. Both of these camps are located in Wisconsin. The summer weather is mild in northern Wisconsin and each camp provides wonderful opportunities for scouts of all ages. We often hear the scouts say summer camp is their favorite outing of the year!
We own our own tents, a dining fly and a trailer that has the essential equipment for the campouts including cooking gear. Scouts are responsible for their own personal items including a sleeping bag, mess kit, flashlight, hiking boots and rain gear.
